Rock Krawler Rockzilla Long-Arm Upgrade For Jeep Wrangler JKU

The Rock Krawler Rockzilla System for the JKU is a state of the art suspension system designed for ultimate performance on road and off road. Rockzilla suspension geometry is based on our 15+ years of off-road racing dominance in Jeep applications. Whether that is winning King of the Hammers, several Ultra 4 National Championships, The World Championship of Short Course at Crandon, The Mint 400, Score Championships and Baja wins, it all plays a part in how we tuned the Rockzilla Suspension Geometry to flat out perform while not taking away from any street manors. Rockzilla features an independent 3 link front suspension with a double triangulated rear design. Instant centers, roll centers, roll axis and “reduced jacking” have all been greatly improved compared to all other geometry configurations on the market today. Rockzilla turns your Wrangler JKU into a Swiss Army Knife. A vehicle that can do it all and do it all amazingly. Rockzilla does not “over dedicate” itself to one form of off-roading over another. We feel you make too many compromises when you just want to just “Flex” in the rocks or on a trailer. With Rockzilla you can drive comfortably on the street, rail corners in the desert, hit the whoops, play in the dunes and tackle any trail out there. Each and every component is put through extremely tests; from the solid 2" x 3" 7075 PB+J lower control arms, the ¼” thick laser cut, formed and precision welded frame side mounts with weld schedules that do not “rip" apart the frame.

Another thing that sets Rockzilla apart from all the other systems on the market that are similar in style to Rockzilla is; Rockzilla requires absolutely no cutting holes in the tub for suspension mounting points or coilover mounts. This is a huge benefit for those looking to have an aggressive off road vehicle but maintaining civility inside for driving comfort. Rockzilla keeps your Jeep Wrangler a Jeep Wrangler and does not turn it into a swiss cheese buggy Jeep. The packaging of the Rockzilla System in the JKU is second to none. The center skid plate gets cross ribbed for structure. Once installed the JKU looks like it came from the factory with Rockzilla.

Rockzilla is designed around axles that have a 72" WMS minimum, wheels that have 3.5" back spacing and 40" – 42” tall and 13.5" wide tires or functional equivalent. Once installed your JKU will become an off road Monster! Slight customization of the system is available for various power trains and axle combinations.   • Requires front and rear C.V. driveshafts
  • Requires welding of the front and rear long arm mounts
  • Requires removal of the OEM frame side lower front and rear control arm mounts
  • Requires removal of the OEM frame side front and rear upper control arm mounts
  • Can graft in air bumps front and rear to compliment the system. We recommend Radflo RK Spec front bumps and standard rear air bumps frenched into the frame. 
  • Will require purchasing of a rear mounted fuel cell
  • Will require exhaust modifications and exhaust customization
  • When installing, knowledge of heavily modified vehicles is required
  • We recommend all welds be done by a certified welder
  • Fuel system, proper plumbing fitting knowledge is required
