The Rock Krawler Rockzilla System for the JLU is a state of the art suspension system designed for ultimate performance on road and off road. Rockzilla suspension geometry is based on our 15+ years of off-road racing dominance in Jeep applications. Whether that is winning King of the Hammers, several Ultra 4 National Championships, The World Championship of Short Course at Crandon, The Mint 400, Score Championships and Baja wins, it all plays a part in how we tuned the Rockzilla Suspension Geometry to flat out perform while not taking away from any street manors. Rockzilla features an independent 3 link front suspension with a double triangulated rear design. Instant centers, roll centers, roll axis and “reduced jacking” have all been greatly improved compared to all other geometry configurations on the market today. Rockzilla turns your Wrangler JLU into a Swiss Army Knife. A vehicle that can do it all and do it all amazingly. Rockzilla does not “over dedicate” itself to one form of off-roading over another.  We feel you make too many compromises when you just want to just “Flex” in the rocks or on a trailer. With Rockzilla you can drive comfortably on the street, rail corners in the desert, hit the whoops, play in the dunes and tackle any trail out there. Each and every component is put through extremely tests; from the solid 2.25 7075 lower control arms, the ¼” thick laser cut, formed and precision welded frame side mounts with weld schedules that do not “rip apart the frame, to the incredibly tuned 2.625 RRD Racing Shocks/Coil Overs, Rockzilla is dialed in!

Another thing that sets Rockzilla apart from all the other systems on the market that are similar in style to Rockzilla is; Rockzilla requires absolutely no cutting holes in the tub for suspension mounting points, the mid mounted fuel cell (for 3.6 and 2.0T only) and no removal of cross members weakening the chassis (this is actually a rule for stock class off-road racing rigs). There is no driving around smelling fuel inside the vehicle or worrying about how to seal up the tub from the elements. This is a huge benefit for those looking to have an aggressive off road vehicle but maintaining civility inside for driving comfort. Rockzilla keeps your Jeep Wrangler a Jeep Wrangler and does not turn it into a swiss cheese buggy Jeep. For 3.6 V6 and 2.0T applications Rockzilla comes with a 16 gallon center mounted fuel cell that improves the vehicles center of gravity, integrates with the rear double triangulated cross member and skid plate system for a perfectly smooth bottom in a JLU. The packaging of the Rockzilla System in the JLU is second to none. For V8 swapped and diesel applications, the center skid plate gets cross ribbed for structure and come with a Motobilt rear mounted fuel cell. Once installed the JLU looks like it came from the factory with Rockzilla.

Rockzilla features massive 13" Travel 2 5/8 RRD Remote Reservoir Racing Coilovers up front yielding 14” of axle travel, 12" Travel 2 5/8 RRD Remote Reservoir Racing Coilovers in the rear yielding 13” of axle travel.  All Stage 2 Systems come with Fast CD (Compression Dampening Adjusters) on the upsized 3.25” Diameter Reservoirs. Rockzilla is designed around axles that have a 70" WMS minimum, wheels that have 3.5" back spacing and 40" tall and 13.5" wide tires or functional equivalent. Once installed your JLU will become an off road Monster! Slight customization of the system is available for various power trains and axle combinations. The Rockzilla Lite Version (Front Coilovers w/ Rear Coil Combination) is ideal for those that want the adjustability and performance of coilover racing shocks up front, but still want to use their Wrangler to carry small loads or tow small trailers. There are two options for the Comp Systems you can choose from. The standard or Stage 1 System features 2 5/8" RRD Racing Coilovers w/ Remote Reservoirs up front paired with matching 2 5/8" RRD Racing Shocks w/ Remote Reservoirs in the rear for a well tuned package. Or you can opt for the Stage 2 Comp System which will include Fast CD (Compression Dampening) Adjusters on the coilovers and rear shocks for an even greater level of tuneability.

The ROCKZILLA (Front and Rear Coilover Combination) is ideal for those that want the adjustability and performance of coilover racing shocks at all 4 corners. This combination maximizes the off road ability of your Wrangler and comes well tuned for the street. Rear coilovers perform amazing off road, but do not take changes in loading conditions too well so towing or adding a lot of weight to the bed area is not optimal for rear coilovers. The standard or Stage 1 System features 2 5/8" RRD Racing Coilovers w/ Remote Reservoirs front and for a well tuned package. Or you can opt for the Stage 2 Trail Runner System which will include Fast CD (Compression Dampening) Adjusters on the coilovers for an even greater level of tuneability.
