Rock Krawler 3.0" X-Factor PRO COILOVER Mid-Arm System for Jeep Gladiator JT (Diesel Models)

The Rock Krawler Suspension JT 3.0" X-Factor PRO COILOVER Mid-Arm System (Diesel) is specifically designed for Sport/Overland owners who want a complete system, bolt-in installation, and the best articulation of any MID-ARM kit on the market. ALL 8 CONTROL ARMS ARE MADE FROM SOLID 7075 ALUMINUM, AND COME STANDARD WITH ALL BENEFITS OF X-FACTOR BUILT RIGHT IN. Our system proves its durability and off-road performance every time you hit the streets or trail!

Our industry leading, X-Factor Series, adjustable upper and lower control arms offer a total of 95 degrees of misalignment when paired with our Pro-X Krawler Joints and Adventure Series joints. The inherent bind in a factory JL/JT control arm is greatly reduced. Our maintenance free "Adventure Series" joints are found in your front and rear control arms at the frame connection, while our "PRO Krawler Joints" tie in your axle connections. With so much adjustability, it allows you to precision tune the JT's caster and pinion angle front and rear. The provided track bar geometry corrections, both front and rear, lets you perfectly center the axles so there is no compromise in on road handling.

The Comp System (Front Coilovers w/ Rear Coil Combination) is ideal for those that want the adjustability and performance of coil over racing shocks up front, but still want to use their Gladiator to carry small loads or tow small trailers. There are two options for the Comp Systems you can choose from. The standard or Stage 1 System features 2 5/8" RRD Racing Coilovers w/ Remote Reservoirs up front paired with matching 2 5/8" RRD Racing Shocks w/ Remote Reservoirs in the rear for a well tuned package. Or you can opt for the Stage 2 Comp System which will include Fast CD (Compression Dampening) Adjusters on the coilovers and rear shocks for an even greater level of tuneability.

The Trail Runner System (Front and Rear Coilover Combination) is ideal for those that want the adjustability and performance of coilover racing shocks at all 4 corners. This combination maximizes the off road ability of your Gladiator and comes well tuned for the street. Rear coilovers perform amazing off road, but do not take changes in loading conditions too well so towing or adding a lot of weight to the bed area is not optimal for rear coilovers. The standard or Stage 1 System features 2 5/8" RRD Racing Coilovers w/ Remote Reservoirs front and for a well tuned package. Or you can opt for the Stage 2 Trail Runner System which will include Fast CD (Compression Dampening) Adjusters on the coilovers for an even greater level of tuneability.

Like all of our systems, amazingly tuned ride and handling is our number one priority! It is no different with our coilover systems. Coilovers add another level of tuneability for the vehicle owner to further enhance the ride, handling and off road performance to their liking. Install exceptional value, and be the foundation for every adventure whether it be on the Street or on the Trail with a Rock Krawler Coil Over Suspension System! Thank you for considering Rock Krawler Suspension.

General Notes:

  • All lift heights based on Rubicon models for standard style build (i.e. front bumper and winch, rear bumper and full size spare).
  • If building with a spare delete we recommend dropping 1” in coil lift height for the rear.
  • If building an "overland style" or heavily up-fitted build in the back, we recommend upsizing 1” in coil lift height for the rear.
  • We recommend a new front driveshaft if you plan to off-road routinely. (Adam's Driveshaft, Tom Woods, J.E. Reel)
  • We recommend welding the rear cradle for use with 37" tires and above.
  • Requires removal of the OEM shock mount of frame
  • Requires removal of the OEM shock and spring mount of the axle
  • Requires welding of the new coilover mount on the axle only
