The Rock Krawler 3.0" OVERLAND - X PRO "No Limits" Mid-Arm System is specifically designed Rubicon owners who want a complete system, bolt-in installation, the best articulation of any MID-ARM kit on the market and carry significant static payloads. Our system proves its durability and off-road performance every time you hit the streets or trail! The Rock Krawler JT Overland X Pro Systems are designed to carry 500 pounds in the bed area and have the vehicle sit perfectly level with that payload. This is a great payload for keeping the JT well within its safe range and still have acceptable tongue weight for towing a trailer. Just like Overland X, the control arms all feature our tried and true high ability, maintenance free Adventure Series Joints at all ends of the control arms. 

The kit becomes the "PRO" version due to our rear Bolt-in triangulated upper control arms. The triangulated 4-link rear assembly keeps the rear axle perfectly centered; allows for removal of the rear track bar, eliminates rear suspension bind, and the cross talk of the front and rear track bar arrangement, therefore greatly smoothing the highway ride. Our industry leading, Adventure - X Pro mid-Arms feature adjustable upper and lower control arms and offer a total of 70 degrees of misalignment when paired with our Adventure series Joints at the frame connection and at the axle. The inherent bind in a factory JT control arm is greatly reduced.

With so much adjustability, it allows you to precisely tune the JT's caster and pinion angle front and rear. Driving you home with the most comfortable ride possible in a Gladiator, are our TRIPLE RATE front coils and QUAD RATE rear coils. All 4 coils work together to achieve excellent on-road comfort that we feel is better than the OEM springs. The coil itself is built with the proper "Free-length" for off-road articulation and stays firmly seated in the coil bucket (as long as a proper length shock is installed), and overall, a very controlled reaction to bumps, rocks, sand, mud and whatever else you can manage to throw at them! All Rock Krawler JT systems include correction pads that reduce the spring bow inherent in the factory set up.

The provided track bar geometry corrections, up front and removal of it in the rear in favor of triangulation, lets you perfectly center the axles so there is no compromise in on road handling. The "No Limits" front sway bar links work seamlessly with your Rubicon sway bar to allow suspension movement. General Notes:

  • All lift heights based on Rubicon models for standard style build (i.e. front bumper and winch, rear bumper and full size spare).

  • If building an "overland style" or heavily up-fitted build in the back, we recommend upsizing 1” in coil lift height for the rear.
  • We recommend welding the Pro-X Cradle
